Under Settings - Business Rules you'll find the Team Notify options:
You can create a new business rule to notify the team when a Case, Return or Parts Request is created. Here's an example of a Return Notification. To create, click the "New Return Notification" button and choose the condition(s). Then choose the action(s). You can send notifications to All Active Users or choose individual users.
Lastly, click Save to save the business rule.
