You can create a new business rule to alert or notify the team when a Case, Return or Parts Request is created, received, etc. Here's an example of a Return Notification.
Under Settings - Business Rules you'll find the Team Notify options:
To create, click the "New Return Notification" button and choose the condition(s).
The Update Type that triggers the rule can be "Return Created," Return Tested," etc.
Then choose the action(s). You can send notifications to All Active Users or choose individual users.
Lastly, click Save to save the business rule.
