Error: Not Acceptable - Client browser does not accept the MIME type of the requested page.

This error could mean you have the wrong domain specified for the ssDomain setting in the Zendesk app. In Zendesk, go to Admin - Manage Apps - Click the Gear icon and Change Settings. Enter the correct domain in the form of [your domain].supportsync.com, replacing [your domain] with your specified sub domain.
