The following error refers to the current end-user selected in Zendesk:
This Zendesk user's name is not valid for use with SupportSync.
The name must include both first and last names and not include any numbers or special characters.
Please change the name and reload the app.
To fix this error, please provide a first and last name for the currently selected end-user. To do this first click on the single name of the end-user in the upper left-hand corner, then click the name in the center of the screen to edit. After that, please refresh the page.
