All users of the SupportSync app for Zendesk should upgrade to the "v2" app here:

To find out if you are using the "v1" SupportSync app for Zendesk, checkout this article:

If you are using the "v1" app, go to Admin - Apps - Manage and uninstall the old app. Then click "install" from the "v2" link above to install the new one.
