Planned Changes & Release Notes

Our philosophy on implementing changes:

When it comes to product returns, each company has its own unique workflow and processes. The challenge is to make the application as flexible as possible to support the various ways that companies work. To the extent possible, we try to implement those features suggested by clients into SupportSync.

 

The priority for changes is determined by several factors including: 

  • Number of clients affected or requesting change
  • Is feature a custom project funded by client?
  • Is feature part of "core" functionality to SupportSync?
  • Subscription level of client requester
  • Resources required for the feature
  • Is lack of feature preventing initial signups?
