We suspect that our ISP had a DNS routing issue which seems resolved.
Consistent service to our application is restored at this time.
Description:
Clients experienced errors connecting to SupportSync via Web Site and API.
Our Zendesk app was affected with the error "502 Bad Gateway" reported.
We believe this is related to DNS and ISP issues because errors depend on location.
Actions Taken:
We refreshed our DNS records to facilitate re-propagation of DNS worldwide.
SupportSync has been troubleshooting the problem with our service provider Rackspace and DNS partner GoDaddy.
