Serial Number errors can result if the location of the SN doesn't match reality.
An example would be if the location of the SN is "In House" but the SN is being received.
In order to receive the SN properly, it must be changed to "Shipped" status first.
To Change the SN Status:
1. Click the link in the error to open the return:
2. Click the serial number on the return:
3. Click "Edit SN"
4. Choose the new Location:
