This report shows Case totals by User, Product and Type. The CSV download includes all case info.

Categories

There is no graph for this report. The CSV download includes all categories.

Customers

The graph shows Customers by Country. The CSV download includes all customer info.

Customer Logins

The graph shows Total Customer Logins. The CSV download includes Customer Name, Email and Last Login Date.

Parts Requests

This report shows Parts Request totals by User, Reason and Item, along with Customers with Multiple Parts Requests. The CSV download includes all parts request info.

Parts Requests - Payments

There is no graph for this report. The CSV download includes Parts Requests that require a payment. You can select All PRs with payments, or only Pending payments or Received payments. 

Products

There is no graph for this report. The CSV download includes all products created during the specified time frame.

Product Items (Parts & Accessories)

There is no graph for this report. The CSV download includes all product items defined for products.

Returns

The graphs show Returns by User, Product, Return Type, Action and Reason, along with Average Turnaround Time and Customers with Multiple Returns. The CSV download includes all return info.

Returns Received

There is no graph for this report. The CSV download includes all return info about returns received during the specified time frame.

Returns Shipped

There is no graph for this report. The CSV download includes all return info about returns shipped during the specified time frame.

Returns - Open Advance Replacements

The graph shows Advance Replacement Returns Not Received by Product. This is a measure of products that were shipped via Advance Replacement but where the original product has yet to be returned. The CSV file includes all return info for advance replacements not returned.

Returns - Prepaid Labels

The graph shows returns created with the Prepaid Label option. The CSV file includes all return info for returns created with the Prepaid Label option.

Returns - Payments

There is no graph for this report. The CSV download includes Returns that require a payment. You can select All returns with payments, or only Pending payments or Received payments. 

Returns - Credits

There is no graph for this report. The CSV download includes Returns of type "Receive & Credit" and "Credit Only". You can select All returns with credits, or only Pending credits or Processed credits. 

Returns (Upgrades Completed)

The graph shows Upgrade Returns Completed which measures returns where products were replaced by different products and have been completed. The CSV download includes information on returns, customers, products and replacement products where upgrades have been completed.

Returns - Product Items Received/Shipped

The CSV download includes Product Items (Parts & Accessories) received or shipped with returns.

Shipping/Receiving Summary

The graphs show Returns / Products Received and Shipped. This includes Totals by Product, Total Products and Total Returns and Parts Requests that have been received and shipped in the specified time frame. The CSV download includes the Quantity of products shipped and received as well as total quantity of parts requests shipped, and returns shipped and received during the specified time frame.

Shipping Detail (FedEx, USPS, UPS)

The graph shows Total Returns Shipped, Prepaid Labels and Parts Requests Shipped. The CSV download includes info about shipments such as Shipment Type, Date, Address, Tracking Number, Product, SN and Weight. 

Testing - Tests Performed by User

This report shows Total Tests by User and Testing Totals, including Total Tests and Totals by Result. The CSV download includes info about Tests such as Product, Rest Result, SN, RMA#, Tested By and Failed Tests.

Testing - Result & Return Detail by Serial Number

The graphs show Most Common Failures (tests that were marked as failed) and Testing Totals, including Total Tests and Totals by Result. The CSV download includes info about Serial Numbers such as Product, SN, RMA#, Test Result, Tested By and Test Date. It is arranged by Test Entries.

Testing - Result & Return Detail by Line Item

The graphs show Most Common Failures (tests that were marked as failed) and Testing Totals, including Total Tests and Totals by Result. The CSV download combines info about Returns, SNs and Tests, including RMA#, Product, SN, Return Status, Test Result, Tested By and Test Date. It is arranged by Return Line Item.

Testing - Serial Number Locations

The graphs show Location Totals for Serial Numbers. This includes the total number of SNs in each location as well as total SNs. The CSV download includes Serial Number info such as Location, Product, Status and Returns.

Transactions Completed

The graph shows Total Transactions Completed by Type, including Parts Requests Returns and Total. This is the number of PRs or Returns that were marked as completed in the specified time frame. The CSV file combines info about Transactions and Customers including Service Type, Product, Customer Name, Address and Total Transactions per Customer.

User Activity

The graphs show the total number of Cases, Replies to Cases, Returns and Parts Requests by User within the specified time period. The CSV download includes info about User Activity such as Cases, Replies, Returns and PRs.
