It doesn't seem that UPS CampusShip credentials can be used with SupportSync. You can tell if your UPS account is a CampusShip account by the logo on UPS.com after you login.

 

This from UPS Support:

"The API does not support nor use any UPS CampusShip credentials, it uses UPS.com login registration credentials and an active UPS account associated to a login profile."
