Can't print labels with Firefox

 

The problem may be that Firefox doesn't trust the certificate of the Printer Client Software. 

 

To fix this issue, manually add the cert into Firefox: 

 

1. In Firefox, go to Settings - Privacy & Security - Certificates

2. Click View Certificates - Authorities - Import

3. The Certificate is located in:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\.neodynamic\jspm\ca (Windows) 

C:\Users\USERNAME\.neodynamic\jspm\ca (Windows) 

~/.neodynamic/jspm/ca (Mac) 

4. CHECK "Trust this CA to identify websites" and click OK. 

 

After this go to Settings - Printer and try to select the printer and print a test page.
