We don't yet have an automated way to send product reminders, but we recently added a field for "Unreceived Product" that can be added to templates.
You can send that to customers by creating a Response template to send to the customer in a Note or that field can be added to the normal email template.

Also, you can add text to email templates such as "Product Shipped" which is sent to customers when a replacement product ships:
Reminder: We have not yet received the following products:
{UnreceivedProduct}
This way, after the replacement has been shipped, when you click the "Resend Email" button on the return the customer will receive an email citing the unreturned products.
