Understanding User Access Levels

The chart below shows feature availability by Access Level and Processing Capability. User and Manager are access levels. Processing access is set with the option "User permitted to process returns and parts requests." in User Setup. 

*Only Managers and Admins have access to the features: Advanced Replacement, Prepaid Labels and All Return Types.
