How to Disable Printing of Packing Slips

You can disable the printing of Packing Slips by going to: 

Admin > Return Centers > [Return Center Name]

You can select to print packing slips for Returns or Parts Requests.

Also make sure the option is unchecked when shipping as shown below. 

*This value will be remembered so that subsequent shipments will use the same value.
