Attaching Files to Cases, Returns and Parts Requests

You can attach files to New Cases by clicking the Add Files icon below the comments box. You can attach up to 3 files, each up to 4MB in size. 

*If the above functionality doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache. 

For Cases in Preview Mode, click the Popout Button to attach files. 

To attach files to Returns and Parts Requests, click the New Files button on top of the form.
