Changing Shipment Date

To change the date of a shipment after the label has been created, the shipment must be DELETED / VOIDED and Recreated.

STEP 1: Click Edit on the Shipment to Change

STEP 2: Make a note of the Carrier, Tracking # and other options. Then, DELETE Shipment.

STEP 3: Click SHIP on Return Page to Create a New Shipment.

STEP 4: Create New Shipment and Save. Fill in the New Date, Carrier, Tracking #. Make sure to UNCHECK the Option to Send Email and Click SAVE (Do Not Create a New Label).
