Endicia API Error:
[61501] Account ID xxxxx is invalid.
Troubleshooting:
The client states they contacted Endicia support and were told the Account ID is valid.
We contacted Endicia support as well and were told the Account ID is valid.
Endicia Support instructed us to contact Developer Support.
Developer Support informed us that the account ID in question was a STAMPS.COM account, NOT an ENDICIA account. That was the cause of the error.
Fix:
SupportSync currently requires an Endicia account.
If the account is an Endicia account, try using "UserName" as the Account Number.
