Error: SupportSync requires Full Name

 

This error is occurs because the Zendesk ticket's requester is only one (1) word.

SupportSync requires that the name of the requester in Zendesk be two (2) words:

To fix, change the Zendesk ticket's end-user name to two (2) words and refresh.
