To create Prepaid Labels and Advance Replacement the user's access level must be Manager or Admin.
Note: After changing the access level in SupportSync, make sure to logout and back to the Zendesk app:
1. Advance Replacement & Prepaid Label are not available:

2. Change user's access to Manager or Admin.
3. Sign out of Zendesk app.

4. Login to the Zendesk app.

5. Advance Replacement & Prepaid Label are available.
