Changing the Return Center for a Return or Parts Request

When changing the Return Center, NOTE the following:

1. The list that appears on the return form only includes those Return Centers that support the Product(s) on the return or parts request. To change the return to a particular Return Center, you may have to make sure the Return Center is associated with the relevant products first by editing the products under Settings.

2. For Returns, you should check the status and location of the Serial Numbers after changing the Return Center. A record will be left of the Serial Numbers existing at the previous Return Center.
