This error indicates that the Recipient field is too long.
The Max Length is 35 characters.
To Fix:
1. Click on Edit to change the address.
2. Shorten the Recipient field to 35 characters.
Also:
"HardError:[120301] Missing or invalid ShipTo attention name."
HardError:[120302] Invalid ShipFrom AddressLine1.
HardError:[120303] Invalid ShipFrom AddressLine2.
For an outgoing shipment, the Recipient info for the Ship From address is probably too long. UPS has a limit of 35 characters for this.
To fix, try shortening the recipient information on the address.
For a Prepaid Return Label, this applies to the Return Center recipient.
