"Authorization failed" error in Zendesk app

This error is probably the result of an error in the Domain Setting of the Zendesk app. 

Go to Admin (Gear Icon), Apps - Manage, and click the Settings menu item for the app.

Then, enter your SupportSync domain and click Update.
