Issue with SupportSync Zendesk app 12/11/2019

Today we noticed an issue where the Zendesk app would not respond after saving changes. 

An example would be when clicking "Next" on the Customer information page while creating a return, there would be no response. 

Working with Zendesk, we determined that this was an error due to changes in their infrastructure. As of 3:50PM PST the app is working again.
