How to print a label for the shipping dept and include a return label for customer in the box

There are 2 types of return labels:

1. The standard return label sent in emails when a return is created. This label only shows the address to send to. It doesn't include postage of any kind.

2. Prepaid Return Label. This is generated from UPS, FedEx or USPS. The customer can ship the product back with this label.

Scenario for standard return label:

1. When the return is created, the label is sent to the customer.

2. If you wish to re-print the label to put a physical copy in the box, open the return and select the Print icon - Reprint Return Label.

3. Next, Ship the return and generate the label to put on the outside of the box to ship to the customer.

Scenario for Prepaid Return Label:

1. When the return is created, select the Prepaid Label option.

2. Open the return and click "Process" under Prepaid Label.

3. The label is generated and printed to put in the box.

4. Next, Ship the return and generate the label to put on the outside of the box to ship to the customer.

In these ways the goal of including a return label in the box can be achieved.
