Change the Email Template for certain Products

 

You can setup a Business Rule to send a specific email template for a Product or Product Category. 

 

1. Go to Settings - Business Rules and select "Return Email Template"

2. Click "New" and select the Product or Category as the Condition.

3. Select the Email Template to use and Save the Rule. 

 

Now the specified template will be used when the Product or Category is on a return.
