How to Void Shipment and Close Return

1. To void a shipment, open the return and click EDIT to the right of the shipment information.

2. Click the ARROW on the Green Button and choose "Void Label."void2.png

3. Confirm to Void the label. void3.png

4. Now you can click EDIT to change the status of the return to Completed or DELETE the return.
