Issue:
Using the website: https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request?loc=en_US
The client configures a rate request for an international shipment and the rate is much lower than that shown in SupportSync.
What we found:
The client is not logged in to the UPS site, or the account number has not been selected for the shipment.
When used anonymously, the UPS site seems to assume that an account with the same country as the shipment's SHIP FROM country will be used.
If an account with a different country than the shipment's SHIP FROM country is used, the cost is more.
Conclusion:
The amount shown on the UPS site is the same as SupportSync when the client is logged in and using the same account number for the shipment.
