Printing extra fields on shipping labels

You can print extra fields on shipping labels.

To setup fields to print on shipping labels:

Choose the values for shipping label messages in Settings - Printer - Label Messages.

*Manager access required. Each brand can have its own label message settings. 

Label messages can be configured for Return Shipping Labels, Prepaid Labels and Parts Requests.

You can also print a Barcode of the RMA Number on UPS Labels.

There are (2) possible messages for UPS and (3) possible messages for FedEx and USPS: 

 

UPS:

Message1: Reference field (35 Characters Max)

Message2: Reference field (35 Characters Max)

Barcode: When "UPS Barcode" is checked, a Barcode of the RMA# will print on the label IF {ReturnNumber} is selected for Message1.

Message1: RMA field (20 Characters Max)

Message2: Reference field (35 Characters Max)

Message3: Invoice field (30 Characters Max)

Message3: Reference3 field (50 Characters Max)

*Messages only work with domestic USPS labels.

The return prefix and number (RN22036576). This is the default value for Message1. 

 

{Qty/Product}

A list of Qty/Product included in the shipment.


{Action}

Repair, Replace, or Return As Is.

 

{ReturnReason}

The reason for return chosen from Return Reason categories.

 

{ReturnType}

Standard Return, Ship Only, Receive Only, Receive & Credit, or Credit Only.

 

[Custom Field]

The value of a custom field on the return.
