Customer complains of home delivery, or "residential" charge on bill for Prepaid Labels.
The question is, are we, SupportSync, sending the FedEx API a value of "True" for the "Residential" setting when the label is created?
We tested the exact shipment and verified in our trace that we are sending a value of "False" for the "Residential" setting.
We've verified with FedEx support that the value "False" for "Residential" was sent in the request when the label was created, as per their records of the transaction.
FedEx says that the fee is generally added in route. We asked the client to check with billing, as per FedEx support suggestion, to find out more.
