This error comes from UPS:
"AuthenticationError:[250007] The UserId is currently locked out, please try again in 30 minutes."
The wrong password has been used too many times and the account has been locked.
Make sure you can login to UPS.com with the same Account Number, UserId and Password combination that is entered in SupportSync under Admin - Return Centers - Carrier Accounts.
*The UserId and Password are CASE SENSIVITE.
If the Account Number, UserId and Password combination work for UPS.com then they should work for the UPS API, which is what SupportSync uses to communicate with UPS.
*Make sure to wait until the lockout period is over before trying the Account Number, UserId and Password in SupportSync.
