Make sure you're using the latest print manager software. Go to Settings - Printer to download and install the new JSPrintManager, select the printer, and then print a test label.
1. Label Doesn't Print
Try disabling the Popup Blocker of the browser if an error is present:
https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmagic/how-to-allow-pop-ups-on-chrome.html
2. "This website is trying to connect to JSPrintManager" Popup.
This is normal. To allow access to the site, click the "Don't ask again" checkbox and then click "Allow".
3. Gear Spins in Select Label Printer Window
The current URL may be blacklisted.
In Windows, go to this folder: C:\Users\{YOUR USER NAME}\AppData\Local\.neodynamic\jspm
Edit the black_list file with any text editor and remove the blocked website URL. Then try again.
4. Network Printer Support
There are two types of network printers:
1) A printer that is attached to a system on the network and SHARED. This type of printer appears as "Printer XYZ on System XYZ".
2) A printer that is reachable through a TCP connection to the printer IP.
The first type, SHARED printers, are supported. But the second type is not. So, network printers connected to a computer are supported, but network printers that have their own IP and are accessed by that IP are not supported.
5. Proxy Error "Error Description: Connection lost (error code is 100353)"
If your company uses a Proxy Server, see this link for configuration:
